Update About and Report a Bug #13

When you go to the "About" page, you get shown "Podbird Version 0.8" and other older Podbird related things, this should be updated to say PodPhoenix, with the latest version.

The Report a Bug page navigates you to Podbirds launchpad page, rather than the podphoenix's github page.
