Add other sources of podcast discovery?

If I'm correct, currently Podphoenix uses apple podcast to find podcasts. Maybe it could be a good idea to add other source? Or let the user choose... no idea how hard to implement that would be.

Example:

• https://podcastindex.org/
• Spotify? (I don't know if that's even possible)
