Feature description:

Transfer list widget

accessible from:
- main toolbar

requires:
- displaying status of currently ongoing upload and download
- access to user specific commands from there (grant slot, download
filelist etc)

ldcpp defines following actions for queue item:
- search for alternates
- copy magnet
- move/rename
- set priority (postponed)
- browse file list (allows for CID selection, cryptic)
- send private message( postponed, as above)
- re-add source (disabled. what's this?)
- remove user from queue (allows for CID selection)
- remove
