Feature description:

Hub widget

accessible from:
- main toolbar
- after connecting to hub

requires:
- chat window
- user list
- access to suer-specific commands (download file list, etc)

ldcpp has following actions for user in user list:
- copy nick
- browse file list (implemented)
- match queue
- private message (postponed)
- add to favourites (why disabled? postponed)
- grant slot
- remove user from queue
- user commands (posponed)
