Multi-user (simultaneous) Desktop Sharing #547

It would be advantageous to have the ability for multiple users to share their 
desktop. The need is to have the ability for multiple users to share their 
desktops at the same time so that any work or activity that is being done can 
be viewed by everyone (or anyone in the room who wishes/needs to view it).

This is similar to the idea of sharing the web cameras. Everyone can share 
their webcam and anyone can view it.

As not everyone may want this feature automatically enabled it may be best to 
allow the moderator(s) to activate this feature within the BBB room.  If this 
is not possible, simply providing this feature would be great for our needs.
