Remove copyright label from localization file #753

Now that we have branding, I've seen servers out there that brand bbb and 
replace the Copyright BigBlueButton label with 'Copyright myCompany'. Since 
these companies don't actually own the copyright for bbb, we should remove the 
copyright label altogether, or simply remove it from the localization file and 
hardcode it into the source. We can have a flag that makes it invisible that 
people can configure, in case they want to simply remove the label.
