This enhancement is related to issue 739 which got fixed in FS. But as the 
comment says, we need to do some improvements which this issue will track.

you can use the events command multiple times to subscribe to the events you 
like

events plain channel_hangup
events plain heartbeat

or a list 

events plain channel_hangup heartbeat

if you want specific custom events like the ones from conference use the custom 
keyword to indicate all further strings will be custom event strings

events plain custom conference:: maintenance
