This issue is related to implementing record and playback

We need to capture the desktop sharing stream to an FLV file for later ingest 
and processing.  See

Recorded in 0.8. 

Need to set 
https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/blob/master/deskshare/app/src/mai
n/webapp/WEB-INF/red5-web.xml#L54 to "true".

Need to be made flexible in future.
