click on audio Icon not accepting audio conference #898

hi ,
my audio sharing is not working.
my click on headphone icon will not happens ....
but i can share my video n all.. 
mine is ubuntu server 

can anyone help pls...

Hi there,

This isn't a bug in BigBlueButton; rather, it's a setup problem.  Can we ask 
that you 

1.  Check the FAQ.  There are lots of answers there related to audio.  I think 
this one will help

   http://code.google.com/p/bigbluebutton/wiki/FAQ#When_I_click_on_the_headset_icon,_nothing_happens?

2.  Check the archives of bigbluebutton-setup.  You can search for others that 
have had similar problems. 

3.  If the above (1) and (2) don't help, then post to bigbluebutton-setup.  
We'll help you there and, if there is really a bug in BigBlueButton that is 
preventing your audio from working, then we'll open an issue.

hi boss,
thanks for ur reply.
of course its not an bug of bbb.. it may b a setup issue only..
actually i came up here after a long googling of 3days n lot more tries...
this server isn't in amazone n having enough requirements.. i tried almost all 
possibilities of googling.. 
but still problem exists.thats y i came up here n made an issue...
anyway am trying my best to sort out this,but am requesting  urs support is 
also ..
