Polish diacritical marks

Hi,

I attach two screen shots made for http://demo.bigbluebutton.org/ v 0.71a.
When we set Polish translation - it looks that polish diacritical characters 
was encoded not in proper way.

Also, if you compeer IE and firefox - under IE title of window which shows 
listeners doesn't change translation and still is "Listeners".

Thanks for reporting... yeah, it seems that there is a problem... I don't know 
if it's possible for you to upload a correction to the file? you can based on 
the english file:
https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/blob/master/bigbluebutton-client/
locale/en_US/bbbResources.properties

if you can upload it, I'll commit it to the repo...

And yes, about the listeners window there is a problem when you change the 
language, the window doesn't change, I was going to report....
