Share My Camera button does not work after a build of bbb-client #914

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloaded BBB VM (0.71a)
2. Setup a development environment for bbb-client
3. Run BigBlueButton and share web camera

Unable to share webcam in development build of BigBlueButton client.  See
