bigbluebutton-web attempting to load bigbluebutton.properties #92

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Start BigBlueButton VM
2.  tail -f /var/log/syslog
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An entry appears

Jul  5 18:51:16 bbb-vm-20090705 jsvc.exec[6326]: [0] 
cfg.ConfigurationHelper Unable to load specified config location 
file:/usr/share/tomcat6/.bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton.properties : 
/usr/share/tomcat6/.bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton.properties (No such file or 
directory)

Should this properties file be present by the VM?

- deferring to later release...doesn't affect anything...need to investigate 
more why we have the properties file in tomcat6/.bligbluebutton
