Can't see correct rtl direction languages.. #934

Hello
when Writing in Hebrew language which is right to left language  in the chat of 
the BBB we get the words in mess order ltr instead of rtl.
how can we fix this problem?
can I go into the code (where exactly) and fix it? it really important to us 
and critic problem of displaying anything in the chat and also the names of the 
users are mess with the order.
