[Firefox] After addon update context menus are duplicated

Only the last context menu is working properly.

This is an upstream Firefox bug. It's being worked on under the item: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1246044

Haven't seen the problem in a while. Probably fixed by some Firefox update. Closing.

Seems to be working fine in Firefox 50.0. Closing.
