Extract content from codebase #1

Perhaps it would be nice to use Contentful as the CMS for this questionnaire, allowing for updates to the questions and gifts without having to redeploy the app.

This isn't required for 1.0 (or maybe ever), but keeping this here as something to look into at some point.

I've used Airtable to host the content. Once all the content has been migrated out of the app, the app will need to fetch it from Airtable's API on first page load, and then the app can proceed as it does now once it has all the data.
