[macOS][stb_vorbis] Consider to update library in this repository #469

I just want inform that the included version of stb_vorbis.c in extras folder of this repository is broken on all macOS release builds nowadays https://github.com/nothings/stb/issues/1152. Consider to update to the latest version v1.22. Thanks :)

I didn't actually realise that was out of date. Updated in the dev branch. Thanks for letting me know about that.
