Update tivo cert to 2024-05-03 #482

I don't have a good way to test this but this should update the cert to the one I posted in the KMTTG thread last year.

Yay! I missed that post, so thank you so much. Works great, and I will incorporate.

I've posted 3.5.3 beta w/ this in it. You also made me realize I should have a mechanism to add one manually in the future (Just drop the two files into ~/Application Support/com.ctivo.ctivo)
