Question on version #500

I am running a modified version of 3.5.2 but I was looking at the versioning.TheGitHub list says there is a 3.5.3 yet when I go into cTiVo it comes back with a popup that I am running the latest version. Should I update to 3.5.3 or stay on x.2?

The only difference with 3.5.3 is the updated RPC certificate, which will be essential when the current one expires in December.
