Dictionary servers for TLA and Chinese #4

Set up dictionary servers that return a subset of the lemmas based on a query. Avoid downloading entire lemma lists.

Chinese

Use Wiktionary and https://humanum.arts.cuhk.edu.hk/Lexis/lexi-mf/search.php?word=blah as reference: add URLs when a page exists.

Use the downloaded version of https://www.mdbg.net/chinese/dictionary?page=cc-cedict for the server.
