Speed limit is always 47% #88

No matter the temperature (40C - 70C) and no matter what tasks I perform, it always says that speed limit is 47%. Am I doing something wrong?

My specs: MacBook Pro 15" mid 2019 (A1990), Intel core i9 2.3 macOS 14.5

That appeared to be a faulty battery data cable issue. After changing it, the stats now updating dynamically
