All updates based on requests from users:

adding span strikethrough characters (str) to template and char styles macro
making opening of styles pane dependent on current view settings
replacing en-dashes with hyphens in epigraph style names
changing check of Bookmaker styles to download a CSV from Confluence for list of OK styles
