new macro (maybe): convert embedded endnotes to "key phrase" unlinked endnotes #152

a.k.a. "blind endnotes" -- body text is presented without any superscripted note numbers; endnotes appear at the end of the manuscript, preceded by the page number and an exact phrase from the cited text.

Could possibly create a macro that converts embedded, numbered notes to blind notes, provided someone has tagged the key phrase in some manner (new style or -- preferably -- built-in Word highlighting). Need to determine how often this request is made, and/or how often it would be made if the process were easier.

Current process has blind endnotes in MS and 1P listed on p. 000, and proofreader fills in correct page numbers at 1P. Could look into creating some kind of link from Word doc to Indesign to automate page numbering (bookmarks?).
