Assume starting with manuscript that has already used new macro from #156
Would only be run just before sending manuscript to comp. Possibly at Westchester even?
Would need some kind of tag for the "incipits" (part of citation quoted in backmatter) that authors would be able to apply themselves (Word highlight feature maybe?) Can always replace with a custom style later.
Would also need a way to best match the incipit text to the correct note text.
Maybe some kind of hook/bookmark that would import into InDesign to grab page numbers?
