Currently, auto-update sends separate notifications for Updater, Tools, and Styles. If all three are updated, user will be prompted to update 3 times. Will cause more problems when template is part of standard build and is rolled out to everyone.
Better to all three, then notify, then run updates. Current version checks are run separately because a template can't update itself while it is running, so each check is run independently.
Read logs? Create a separate "status" directory/file for each? Download list/CSV of files to be checking?
