Export/import style definitions #167

  1. Build macro to export style names/formatting definitions to some kind of external format (JSON?)
  2. Build macro to import style names/formatting from same definitions.
  3. Somehow build a way for styles to cascade? Doesn't have to be VBA, as long as the output works for the import macro.
