Bookmaker check should not verify Bookmaker-only styles for e-only titles #181

Bookmaker can use any Macmillan style for epub files -- the limitation is only relevant for print PDFs. Create an option for the user to indicate if they are running an e-only manuscript; if they are, skip the non-Bookmaker style check.
