Have all styles "based on" our own styles, not Normal #184

vanderVoo_FishMarket_Pre-edited_2016-Apr-28.docx Attached MS has some weirdness with the formatting of the "Normal" style -- there are no borders in the Word doc, but when imported into InDesign every style includes a paragraph rule top and bottom. Re-attaching our template does not fix; only fix I could find is to (1) create a new document, (2) attach the Macmillan template, (3) copy and paste (or Insert > Object > Text from file) the original text into the new document.

Still not entirely sure what caused the problem in the first place, but I suspect it was there before styles were added (possibly in author's file). I'll do some investigating, but going forward we should have all Macmillan styles set to be "based on" Text Standard (tx) and have Text Standard (tx) be based on nothing.
