Add new styles: FMHNP, BMHNP #195

Add two new styles: FM Head Nonprinting, BM Head Nonprinting. They should match the naming convention established by the Chap Title Nonprinting style, to be used in a similar fashion for FM and BM sections.

Also add style during validator, for manuscripts created before the styles are added.
