Recording here but we can discuss if it's worth fixing (b/c should only affect unstyled manuscripts). If the manuscript denotes paragraph formatting with a mix of proper paragraph indent formatting and tabs, when you run the Manuscript Cleanup macro tabs get deleted leaving some paragraphs flush left while the paragraph-indent paragraphs are, well, indented. If we want to fix it, we could adjust the paragraph indent of all paragraphs that start with a tab before we delete the tabs.
