Major updates:
Adding macro support for section-start styles.
Adding config files to manage install/update data.
Moving to using GitHub Releases to manage distribution to users.
To install, users will now download the Word-template.dotm file directly (instead of a separate installer file) and double click the icon to open a new document, which will launch the installer macro.
