Epigraph preceded by bpi is missing in output #204

Issue is with wordtohtml.xsl, when a new set of container styles are wrapped in container (epigraph, box, etc), if the container styles are directly preceded by a versatile paragraph, those paragraphs are lost. Additionally, when a container is created via this xsl, versatile paragraphs that are wrapped in the container appear again after the container in output.
