Logo for 'feiwel & friends' is not being applied to titlepage or cover #34

Generic Macmillan logo is getting inserted instead.

The problem appears to be that Biblio lookups return an html entity for the ampersand in the imprint name, like so: Feiwel & Friends We should be able to remedy this by comparing a cleaned up imprint name from biblio with the searckey in imprints.json.
