Include logo images from CSS dir #7

Logo is currently getting sourced directly from github. Let's change this so the logo image is copied to the working dir and loaded to the ftp with any other images.

Actually we need to adjust this additionally so that the logo is sourced based on the imprint metadata, not the conversion folder (the way it is handled in bookmaker)
