In two of the flatiron test manuscripts, 'Prologues' had previously been styled as Chapters, and with Section Start Styles were styled as 'Section-Preface'. In the section-start versions of the pdfs, this results: in
• no headers/footers in the Prologue, and
• pagination for the main section of the book not starting until the first true Chapter
