Old Safari Extension Local Storage database not being removed #6

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit http://dbergey.github.com/ and install type-to-navigate. Change some
settings.
2. Remove type-to-navigate via the extensions preference tab.
3. Look inside Safari Cookies under the database tab,
typetonavigate.safari.danielbergey.com will be there. You cannot uncheck it,
you cannot remove it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should be able to remove any local storage database.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.7 Safari Cookies
Version 5.0.3 (6533.19.4) of Safari
10.6.6 Mac OS X

This is my fault, I temporarily made SC treat all Extensions as favourites, as
many users were deleeting them without realising, and causing issues for their
Extensions. I have fixed this in my next build, which will be released soon.

v1.6.8 mostly fixes this issue....
I discovered (after release) that removing Extensions manually (if the treat
all Extensions option is checked), still does not work as expected. this is
fixed for 1.6.9
