Update Sparkle #80

Current version included is 1.8, current sparkle release is 1.14.

This new release resolves the below error seen at sometimes:

09/06/2016 17:08:06.877 AutoCasperNBI[1137]: *\ -[AutoCasperNBIAppDelegate applicationWillFinishLaunching:]: An error of type -10665 has occurred. (error -10665)
