Config Problem #5

Homebridge is running, however how do i add plugins like homebridge-mijia and where do I find the config.json?

i added a plugin however now i can not pair the homebridge to homekit. Where can I see if homebridge is running?

@macnow also need to find the persist folder to remove the cache/binding. Really need to see if homebridge is running or not

@macnow @gismo141 Okay, i reinstalled after adding the plug-in and than it worked. However what is the correct way to install a plugin and how can I see if the homebridge is running? Also need to find the perist folder etc.

Sorry for the very late reply: The script installs my homebridge-server as a standard plugin. With this server you can configure the complete homebridge without touching the config.json.

You can access the server via http://IP-of-your-Pi:8765/

Otherwise the related folders are installed under /var/homebridge
