Using RAK2245 + Tinker Board 2S #18

I am new to Helium Hotspot and I am giving a try to this tutorial.

I have RAK2245 plus Tinker Board 2S What steps in the tutorial may present a problem if I use the hardware I have instead RAK2287 plus RPi 4?
