Currently, the README lacks comprehensive information about the project's purpose, target audience, and key features. Enhancing the README with relevant details will not only improve project visibility but also assist contributors and users in understanding the project's significance and functionalities.

Proposed Changes:

  1. Project Overview: Briefly introduce the project, emphasizing its goal to aid aspiring small business owners in Macon, Georgia, by providing a streamlined guide to navigate the complexities of starting a small business.

  2. Target Audience: Specify the intended audience for the project, highlighting that it caters specifically to individuals interested in launching small businesses within the Macon region.

  3. Key Features: Outline the primary features and functionalities of the informational website, such as:

    • Detailed guides on legal requirements and regulations for starting a small business in Macon.
    • Resources for business planning, financing, and marketing strategies tailored to the local context.
