Integration improvements #43

bump::minor Attempts to close #41, but not fixes it quite yet. One thing is that STVL has to be installed from sources, otherwise min point filter doesn't work correctly. Even after installing it from sources and appearing to work, phantoms sometimes appear. Additionally there are some improvements after more integration tests of delivering bottle, mostly parameters tuning for both navigation and manipulation. Another thing is some cleanups of launches and removing unnecessary required parameters.
