By mistake I combined both new description and improvements done during tests and it was quite hard to separate them so I include them both.
Test improvements include:
recalibrating servos
node for publishing wheel position (purely for visualization)
calibrating kinect position
adding base_footprint
publishing finger positions
changing rtabmap to remove only ground
Robot description update changes model, now it is separated into visuals in dae files and simplified collision models in stls.
