More prominent disclaimer about opt-in statistics + invitation to install mpstats #304

To anyone new to macports and this page, it's not immediately clear that we are showing opt-in statistics all over the place, and the numbers might seem ridiculously low.

Make the disclaimer more prominent wherever we are showing the statistics, as well as a more visible invitation to participate.

We would be grateful for anyone coming up with some sketches of design and text to display ...

This has bothered me for a long time, and makes MacPorts seem like some sort of hobby project by a small group of teenagers learning to code for the first time, instead of showing the reality that MacPorts is an active, long-running project by a large group of dedicated volunteers all over the globe.

If I have some free time (this might be wishful thinking on my part, lol), I can try putting together some sketches and maybe the beginnings of a blurb that might serve as a better invitation.

By the way, raising the topic of collecting statistics might be easier (and more visible) if MacPorts had a GUI app (yes, I'm already aware of the existence of Pallet). For example, when you power up a fresh install of macOS, you usually have to go through the OoBE (Out-of-Box Experience) windows. One of those windows is the Analytics window:

Having a GUI app would allow MacPorts to have a pop-up window upon first-run that has a similar blurb (although the checkbox would be unchecked by default, of course, unlike in the image).
