Options for setting series and narrator #27

Options for (not) appending narrators/series onto genres - with optional prefix (and sorting to top). Also using studio tag for series as alternative (to allow for filtering).

I've noticed in the readme the order of things added to the genre tag is specified much like in my commit (only different).

Since that implies intent would you like me to add an option for the order here?
