Create different poms for 3.4 and 4.X Community edition #110

The pom-comm.xml from the Alfresco 4 branch should be merged back into the 
Alfresco 3.4 branch

Note to self: while doing this work, make sure the fix for issue #109 is also 
merged back into the 3.4 branch.

This was fixed by adding two Maven profiles to the pom.xml - "enterprise" (the 
default) and "community".  To build against the community jars, run:

    mvn -P community package
