Output the data dictionary in some user-readable way (e.g. debug log, web script) #116

It would be ideal if the bulk filesystem import tool output the entire 
registered data dictionary of the Alfresco server, to assist folks 
troubleshooting why an import isn't working (e.g. issue #115).  This could be 
as debug-level log messages prior to import and/or as an admin-only Web Script.
