Add the ability to stop an in-progress import #121

It would be ideal if the bulk filesystem import tool supported a way to stop an 
in-progress import.  Currently the only easy way to do that is to shut down 
Alfresco (which cleanly terminates an in-progress import), but that's rather 
heavyweight.

This should be in the form of a scriptable Web Script (to support programmatic 
termination), as well as a big "stop" button or link on the status page.
