Add support for non-cm:contains primary parent/child association types #128

Currently the import tool is hardcoded to store nodes in the system with a 
primary parent/child association type of "cm:contains".  While a sensible 
default (99% of the time this is the correct choice), there are some cases 
where being able to override this would be useful - rules, for example, have a 
primary parent/child association type of "rule:ruleFolder", but are otherwise 
normal folders in the system.

This request is to support overriding this default, using a new property in the 
shadow metadata file for the node.

Note: this should not be confused with a request for full support for arbitrary 
associations - that's being tracked as issue #10.
