Look into supporting "in-place" import when other content stores are in use #95

Currently "in-place" imports are only available if the fileContentStore bean is 
a true FileContentStore.  However there are other contentStore implementations 
that act as proxies for one or more FileContentStores and hence would also be 
appropriate for the in-place optimisation.

Note: this will be partially implemented as part of the fix for issue #114, but 
that fix won't include all of the different types of content store.  This issue 
(#95) will remain open to track the more general case.
