Unit::useTech fails for Archon_Warp #392

It used to be possible to do unit->useTech(TechTypes::Archon_Warp, otherUnit); 
however now bwapi gives the error Incompatible TechType and I'm not seeing an 
alternative

Fixed in BWAPI 3.6.1.
