Mouse stuck #458

I m experienced a sudden weird problem. When i run chaos and the starcraft menu 
pop up, I cant access with the mouse all starcraft interface only up left 
corner. This problem only happens with starcraft when i ve injected  bwapi. Any 
ideas??

Is it full screen? Only BWAPI is injected?
What operating system?
